Introducing Wellness Wednesdays!

Humans are complex beings. There are so many components to our overall wellness. There are so many elements to unpack it can be overwhelming to find a place to start.

So I want you to ask yourself, what is holding me back [from living my purpose] ?

What do I wish I knew about myself to help me get out of my own way?

So I empower you to start here. Every Wednesday, we'll take on a different part of our well-being and unpack it.

I'm far from perfect but have learned a thing [or 12] about all-the-hard-conversations over my past 30-something years of existence. A few things I know to be true about this life so far is:

You can't suppress trauma into oblivion without risking your emotional health.

Talking about finances can make people uncomfortable, but having efficient money management skills can give you a whole other level of freedom and peace of mind.

We've come a long way about having open conversations about mental health, but we still have lots of work to do.

You can't out-exercise a bad diet, and you can't make a lifestyle change stick if you've never unpacked how you ended up here in the first place.

I know, you know, all those things, but sometimes hearing about someone else's walk through those same things can help you shift your perspective. So let’s exercise our subconscious.
