Monday.. can't honestly say I've ever truly looked forward to a Monday. [Please see footage below of me dealing with Monday]
But here's the thing about Monday’s they come every week and that'll never change. So let's accept them, dare I say embrace them. Let's set our intention each week with an affirmation.
Honestly, affirmations sounded a bit out there. Somewhere between granola and a hack that lifestyle gurus sell you. But believe it or not, there is some psychology behind it.
It won’t magically change the hard things overnight, but it can help you readjust your mindset. Affirming yourself helps you sit your tone and intention for the week.
So give it a try. What’s the worst that can happen?
At best it will help you radiate good vibes throughout the week and spread a little grace everywhere you go.
